Now now, I thought this would be AWESOME considering I like most of the characters on this likeSlimer, Alf, Tigger, Winnie the Pooh, Alvin, Simon, Theodore, Huey, Dewey, Louie, Bugs Bunny, Daffy Duck, Baby Kermit, Baby Piggy, Baby Gonzo, Papa Smurf, Smurfette, Brainy Smurf, Hefty Smurf, Michelangelo, and Garfield, and when I think marijuana I think Muppet Babies. But yet it's just another empty promise movie, BUT although it delivers it only delivers half of it due to the whole movie being a Say No! campaign movie, just being based off pot-head Michael who just wanted to fit in. Pretty much that's the whole movie it just has the Cartoon All-Stars trying to tell Michael to say no! The whole quote of the movie is "What's this? A joint?" Said by none other then Bugs Bunny. Along with the moral of the movie being "Smoke marijuana and you'll see your favorite characters talk to you". The movie just starts with President Bush spouting bullshit to the camera, along with his wife. Now now I'd give this movie a 4 out of 10, but due to it being a Say No! campaign movie to tell people to say no! I'll give it a 7 out of 10.
